How to go in the Alpha State of mind in 2 minutes

I am going to tell you the easiest way to gain the Alpha State of mind for your meditation.

Sit on the suitable place where you feel your self comfortable. Your spinal cord and head should be straight. Feel relax your self and close your eyes. In the close eyes look behind of your eyelids at 20° angle. Now count from 100 to 1 in your mind. During this technique your mind would be completely focused on it. After count every thoughts of your mind will be remove. And your mind would be in the Alpha state of meditation.
